I had an interesting experience with the company. Chris came out three times to repair our six year old washer. Unfortunately it was dead on arrival but Chris worked as hard as he could and only gave up when we pronounced the washer dead. Very good company to deal with. I recommend them for appliance repairs. My washer will soon be in the dump, however I can look forward to a new Whirlpool.

Our washing machine stopped working mid cycle with clothes and water still in it. Called around to many places and the earliest a company could come out was 3-4 days later. When I called here I spoke with Deanna who checked with dispatch and found out they had a driver right down the street from us. She sent Craig over right after he was done and he was able to diagnose and get the washer fixed in less than an hour. I personally think it runs even better than it did before. Don’t normally write reviews but everyone I dealt with at this company was just awesome. Thank you again for everything.

My refrigerator was making a funny noise and I noticed that the temperature was 65°. This is a very expensive refrigerator and was hoping it wasn’t something serious. I called Art Adams Appliance service and Carol the dispatcher was very pleasant and said we actually have someone in your area that can be there in 15 minutes. Scott was my repairman and he also was very pleasant and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed my GE Profile refrigerator in less than 40 minutes. Thank you so much for fixing my refrigerator and for such a quick and pleasant experience. This is the third time I have had an appliance that needs service and Art Adams Appliance Repair is always the one I choose!!

Craig from Art Adams quickly diagnosed our Maytag washing machine problem. He had the part with him and installed it quickly and efficiently. He is a very nice, experienced young man and cleaned up the area to the state it was before he arrived. My daughter recommended him because he did such a good job for her as well. We called on Friday, January 11, in need of a new garbage disposal. The next available appointment was for Saturday. We were put on a waitlist in the event that an appointment opened up sooner. I have been using Art Adams for years and have never been disappointed. They are prompt with a return call and scheduling service. The are polite and always willing to take any and all information regarding a problem with an appliance. Service is amazing!! I have never ever had a problem with any repairs at all!
